2023 Wedding prices:

 

At Wildside Winery we want to make your wedding planning as easy as possible.  Whether you choose our indoor or outdoor space, we are ideal for up to 200 People.  When you book with us, you can be sure that you'll be the only wedding at the winery for the entire day.

Rental space exclusively for your party includes the following:

• Event room:  2500 square feet that will seat 120 guests formally or 200 cocktail style  (120 chairs available).

• Preparation suite:  This room is attached to the event room.  It is an excellent area for the bride to prepare for her special day.

• Back Deck: 290 square foot outdoor mezzanine.

• Pavilion: Over 2000 square foot outdoor covered pavilion, with the west side covered in shade cloth blocking the sun, wind and rain when requested.  White gazebo near pavilion.  Pavilion seats 180 at tables.

• Grounds are available around the pavilion.

Prices include tables and chairs for up to 120 guests and wedding insurance.

 

Additional Information:

• Rehearsal space can be reserved on a different day for up to two hours for regular private room pricing.

• 30% of rental fee is due at the time of reservation, 40% at 90 days prior to event, with the final 30% payment due the day of the wedding.  No refunds after the initial payment.

• We require a $500 security deposit which will be applied to the final invoice if clean up following the event is satisfactory and no damages to the venue occur.  Should damages occur, or clean up be provided by staff, Wildside will apply the deposit towards damages and bill the damage fees over $500 to the client.

• All beverages must be purchased from Wildside Winery.

• Wildside Winery's front tasting room and patio remain open to the public during backroom rentals.
